Each player is permitted to hold one account only on ShahSpin. Duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address or payment method used — are strictly prohibited. ShahSpin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings in cases where multiple accounts are identified.

ShahSpin may carry out identity and age verification checks at any time using third-party verification services. During a verification review, your account may be placed in a restricted state. Funds already in your account are not affected but withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ShahSpin account login credentials — including your username and password. ShahSpin strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform, and enabling any additional security features offered through your account settings.
You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason. All bets, deposits and withdrawals made through your ShahSpin account are your responsibility, regardless of whether they were made by you personally or by someone who accessed your account with your knowledge or consent.
ShahSpin will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. Any communication claiming to be from ShahSpin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
All financial transactions on ShahSpin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ShahSpin does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
Deposits: The minimum deposit on ShahSpin is Rs 200. Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your account balance instantly. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two banking hours. Card deposits are typically instant but may be subject to your issuing bank's processing times. ShahSpin does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals may be requested at any time from your account dashboard. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified standard accounts and faster for VIP Club members. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. ShahSpin reserves the right to request supporting identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a ShahSpin deposit without first contacting ShahSpin support is a serious breach of these Terms. Any account found to have initiated an unjustified chargeback will be immediately suspended and the matter referred for further investigation. Legitimate deposit disputes should always be raised with ShahSpin support first.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ShahSpin. Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balance and winnings, at ShahSpin's sole discretion.
Fraud Prevention: ShahSpin uses automated monitoring tools to detect prohibited behaviour patterns in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed in a review state while an investigation is conducted. Any winnings accumulated during a period under investigation may be held pending the outcome. ShahSpin's decisions in fraud-related matters are final.

Account closure by you: You may close your ShahSpin account at any time by contacting support at support@shahspin.ws. Any real-money PKR balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds being forfeited. Accounts under investigation for fraud or prohibited conduct may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ShahSpin's internal process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies specified by ShahSpin's operating licence.
